Artist Alley ConCat FAQ
Note that our registration system (ConCat) may use wording such as “Dealer” or “Vendor”. These all refer to our Artist Alley!
Applying
If Artist Alley applications are open, you’ll be able to apply at https://reg.rappigcrossing.com/vendor
A full table is for one artist (+ assistant) or two artists. A half table is for a single artist. Do not submit multiple applications if you are a duo of artists.
Please remember to verify your email address! We can send important announcements via email but only if you have verified your email. Visit https://reg.rappigcrossing.com/account/login to double check your email address is correct and you are set up to receive Rappig Crossing emails.
Approvals & Payment
After you are approved, your table payment will automatically appear in your cart.
Do note that we require badge purchase at the time of table payment. This is only a requirement to the one who originally applied to your table, as we just want to make sure the badge purchase requirement is followed. More information about table partner/assistant badges below.
All Artists/Assistants are given “early bird” registration price options, the lowest price listed here. However if a badge type sales end (such as VIP badges closing early), you will no longer have that purchase option.
Table Partner / Assistant Badges
This is only available for ONE additional badge per FULL table. This will give your partner/assistant the early bird pricing mentioned above!
First, if your partner/assistant doesn’t have a ConCat account, instruct them to make one at https://reg.rappigcrossing.com/register. Note that accounts roll-over to future years, so only register once! More information is available here. Make sure they have confirmed their email address!
Visit the application page at https://reg.rappigcrossing.com/vendor and then click the Manage Assistants button.
You will need to ask your partner/assistant their username, and then enter it into the textbox.
They will receive an email asking them to confirm that they do want to be your partner/assistant. After they confirm, they will have the early-bird pricing when registering at https://reg.rappigcrossing.com/event/register/new
